When the radius of the arc is larger, the deformation force is relatively relieved, and the deformation time is relatively prolonged, which is beneficial to the uniform transmission of the curling force, and the breakage is unlikely to occur; if the arc radius is too small, the deformation comes suddenly, the deformation force is not transmitted urgently, and the deformation If the time is too short, cracking will easily occur. In production practice, there are many crimping problems caused by this reason, which must be paid attention to.
The time of the crimping process is also one of the factors that affect the crimp cracking. The traditional die stamping and crimping process is fast, the deformation time is too short, the deformation force is transmitted slowly, and it is easy to crack.
